Public Health Student Organization - Georgia College

The Public Student Health Organization (PHSO) represents, not only, the students who wish to pursue an undergraduate level degree in Health Promotion/Community Health. It is now focused on bringing together the student and faculty population of Georgia College to work together to encourage active participation in developing community public health awareness. It is also the purpose of the PHSO to encourage the interaction of students with members of their surrounding community to spread public health awareness through volunteer work, service learning, and following the mission to Promote, Protect, and Serve.
