Mission: Make-A-Wish Georgia grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy.
Since 1995, we've granted the wishes of nearly 7,000 kids across the state of Georgia. Any child between the ages of 2 1/2 and 18, who has been determined by a physician to have a life-threatening medical condition and has not been granted a previous wish, is eligible.
Make-A-Wish volunteers consider their work impactful and meaningful. By helping us get closer to granting the wish of every eligible child, our volunteers are at the heart of every wish experience. Volunteers even have the freedom to choose when and how they would like to transform lives in their communities.
